The ring flash in the eyes is in my opinion a nice touch.
The cropped head isn't something that bothers me. The tilt of the head goes very well with the look in her eye's.
The cropped hands on the other hand is something i do find disturbing.
The overall lighting is a nice. Couple 'burned' spots in the dress.

Overall a good picture. But if I'm honest, if she would look at me like that on our wedding day I think most men would get cold feet <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w…" width="15" height="15" alt=";-)" title=";-) (Wink)"/> The little trace of a grin does soften it up a little bit.
